Whether you are looking for some alone time or a day out with the family, a cute picnic in the park is the way to go! With the warm sunshine pressing on your skin, the view of nature around you and birds chirping you can lay back and enjoy a good book or tune into music. Or you an enthuse yourself with joyous conversations with loved ones – time will feel endless and you can really enjoy your own company or the company you are with. 2. Staycations and day trips
If you are looking to see more of the country, then a staycation is definitely recommended. You can take a coach/train to almost all the hotspots in the UK!

3. Theme parks
Summertime calls for thrill and chill. What’s better than roller coasting through the holidays and eating blush pink candy floss? With an advance day pass at just £36, Alton Towers is one of the most popular theme parks in the UK.

You can even branch further by staying at one of the theme park’s on site hotel. Here you can also enjoy bed and breakfast, entertainment and golf!
